The following items are needed to complete the registration:

• Player & parent to sign the registration forms
• Player to take player pass photo
• Original birth certificate to make a copy of (if new to the club or to competitive soccer)
• Insurance info for medical release
• Next registration fee payment (checks, money order or credit cards - MC, V, D, AMEX)

2. Chargers U-17/18 Development Academy Team has qualified for the 2008-09 U.S. Soccer Development Academy Playoffs at Bryan Park Soccer Complex in Greensboro, NC. June 25-29th. Congratulations Boys and best of luck making it to Nationals!
